General End-User License Agreement

1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Natural Coding.

This Agreement applies universally to all software, desktop applications, mobile apps, command-line tools, libraries, updates, and associated documentation (collectively, "Software") developed, distributed, or published by me, whether accessed via the Natural Coding repository or third-party distribution platforms.

By downloading, installing, copying, or using any of my Software, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use any of my Software.

2. License Grant

I grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute any of my Software on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for personal, educational, or internal productivity purposes.

This license covers your use of any individual software tool or application offered by Natural Coding, but does not grant you ownership or title to any product.

3. Ownership & Proprietary Status

All Software developed under Natural Coding is strictly proprietary and closed-source.

The intellectual property, source code, underlying logic, design patterns, graphics, algorithms, and branding elements across all my applications remain the exclusive property of Natural Coding. You may not claim ownership or use Natural Coding branding without my explicit prior written permission.

4. Software Restrictions & Reverse Engineering

To protect all of my software products and their users, you expressly agree not to, and will not permit any third party to:

• Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive source code from any binary, executable, dynamic library, or script provided in any of my Software;
• Copy, redistribute, mirror, publish, or host any of my Software on unauthorized third-party channels without permission;
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or monetize any software application or asset created by me;
• Modify, patch, alter, or create derivative works based on any of my Software;
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with any digital rights management (DRM), license check, or security mechanism embedded within any application;
• Remove or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or legal disclaimers;
• Utilize any of my Software for unlawful activities or malicious purposes.

5. Updates & Third-Party Components

I may from time to time release updates, feature enhancements, or bug fixes for any of my Software. These updates automatically fall under the terms of this universal Agreement.

Some software products may integrate third-party libraries or open-source dependencies. Your use of those specific components remains subject to their respective open-source license agreements where applicable.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All Software provided by Natural Coding is delivered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

While I strive to produce reliable, high-performance tools, I cannot guarantee that any software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration. You accept full responsibility for operating the Software safely and maintaining proper data backups.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, hardware failure, or business interruption) arising from your use of or inability to use any of my Software.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains effective for as long as you use any of my Software. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling and permanently deleting all local copies of the Software in your possession.

Your license for any or all of my Software will terminate automatically and immediately if you breach any restriction or term outlined in this Agreement.
